Meet Your Councillor: Name: Jacqui Wilson  Where are you likely to be seen in the village: I’m most likely to be seen walking around Bishops Hull village at night time, with my husband Dave, in an effort to walk dinner off!

Why are you a Parish Councillor: After over a decade of living in our village it’s rewarding to be a part of the Parish Council, working together to enhance our community, build a welcoming neighbourhood and help shape local decisions and policies.  When I’m not volunteering as a Parish Councillor my goal is to try to maintain a healthy work / life balance.  I project manage a new service team at Somerset Foundation Trust NHS Hospital(s) and outside of this I spend time socialising with family and friends. I will often be found perusing travel and accommodation booking sites planning the next adventure!

What would people be surprised to know about you. Before children, Dave & I took off on a 2 month adventure across Europe on an old but infallibly trustworthy BMW touring motorcycle.  He the rider, me the pillion. We’re busy planning how the ‘retirement’ version of this might look!
